2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States (the fifty states and D.C., except where prohibited) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and promotion administrators are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period and Weekly Entry Periods

The promotion begins July 1, 2026, 12:00:00 AM ET and ends July 31, 2026, 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is divided into five (5) weekly "Entry Periods." One (1) prize is awarded per Entry Period. Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.

Week 5 is a shortened window because the Promotion Period ends July 31, 2026.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, each carrying equal weight (one entry = one chance), with identical odds regardless of method:

(a) Purchase Entry. For every $100.00 USD spent in a single qualifying order on https://www.topgunammo.com/ during an Entry Period, the entrant receives one (1) entry into that Entry Period's drawing. Example: a $250 order earns two (2) entries. Order amounts below $100, and remainder amounts above a $100 increment, do not earn additional entries. Taxes, shipping, and purchases of gift cards are excluded from the qualifying order total.

(b) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter free, hand-print your full name, age, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a separate, hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. You may submit as many free entries as you wish, but each must be mailed separately in its own stamped, hand-addressed envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or illegible entries are void. To be eligible for a given weekly drawing, a mail-in entry must be received by Sponsor before that Entry Period closes (see table in Section 3). Mail-in entries received after an Entry Period closes will be entered into the next open Entry Period's drawing; entries received after the final Entry Period closes are void.

Equal odds / parity. Free mail-in entries have exactly the same odds of winning as purchase entries. There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may obtain by either method.

5. Entry Allocation

Each entry is eligible only for the weekly drawing corresponding to the Entry Period in which the qualifying purchase was made or the mail-in entry was received. Entries do not carry over to subsequent Entry Periods; each week's pool resets.

6. Prizes

One (1) prize per Entry Period: a $250.00 Top Gun Ammo gift card. Five (5) prizes total over the Promotion Period. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $250.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,250.00. There is no limit on the number of weekly prizes a single entrant may win during the Promotion Period. No cash or other substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Odds

Odds of winning a given weekly drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Entry Period through all methods combined.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

For each Entry Period, one winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for that period, on or about the drawing date in Section 3, by Sponsor or its designated administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within five (5) days. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or non-compliance results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on any prize. If the total value of prizes awarded to a single winner during the calendar year reaches $600 or more, Sponsor will require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. Void Where Prohibited / Registration

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond reasonable control compromises its integrity, awarding prizes from eligible entries received prior to the impairing event where permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and administrators from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

15. Platform Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms completely. Any questions or complaints must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

16. Winner List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.

17. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the promotion in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at [PRIVACY POLICY].
