How old do I have to be to purchase Ammo from Top Gun Ammo? 

In compliance with the Federal Firearms Act of 1968, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Top Gun Ammo requires proof of age at the time of checkout. Top Gun Ammo does not sell/ship to any person under the age of 21. 

My package arrived damaged, incomplete/incorrect, or the security seal is broken, what do I do? 

If a package is incomplete, incorrect, damaged in transit, or the security seal is broken please e-mail [email protected] with pictures of:

  • Outside of the box (top, bottom, and sides)
  • Invoice inside the box
  • Any packing materials
  • All contents of the box

Expect a response with in 24-48 hours. While we are not responsible for damaged products, we will work closely with UPS to resolve any claims as quickly as possible for our customer. UPS reserves the right to investigate all claims. All damaged package claims must be made with in 5 business days to us directly. 

What happens to my order if I do not claim it or do not respond to Top Gun Ammo's attempts at gathering information about my order? 

Any order that goes unclaimed for 30 days or more, including but not limited to proper identifications being withheld from Top Gun Ammo , and any other issue with the order such as age verification, will be forfeited and a refund (minus 10% cancellation fee) will be issued to the card that was used at the time of purchase. If there are any special requests for holding, these requests must be approved by Top Gun Ammo staff prior to the order being placed. 


Are there any states you do not ship to? 

Can I return or exchange my ammunition? 

No. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any exchanges or returns on ammunition. 

Can I add to or change my order once it has been placed? 

We cannot change any orders once they have been placed. Orders are typically pulled with a couple hours of being confirmed. This does not allot enough time to take additional payment or change items in inventory. Please be sure of your order before hitting submit.


Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. All orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. All orders cancelled after the order has shipped are subject to 10% cancellation fee, plus $25.90 per package stop. The partial refund for your cancelled order will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase and can take 5-7 business days to reflect in the card holders account. We ask our customers to allow 24-48 business hours before receiving a response from us. We answer all emails in the order they are received and strive to deliver excellent customer service. We take the time to work closely with every inquiry to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
