What are Top Gun Ammo’s hours of operation?

How old do I have to be to purchase ammo from Top Gun Ammo?
In compliance with the Federal Firearms Act of 1968, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Top Gun Ammo requires proof of age at checkout and does not sell or ship to any person under the age of 21.
My package arrived damaged, incomplete/incorrect, or the security seal is broken—what do I do?
If your package is incomplete, incorrect, damaged in transit, or has a broken security seal, please email [email protected] with the following photos:
- The outside of the box (top, bottom, and sides)
- The packing slip inside the box
- Any packing materials
- All contents of the box
Expect a response within 24–48 hours. While we are not responsible for damaged products, we will work closely with the carrier to resolve any claims as quickly as possible. UPS and FedEx reserve the right to investigate all claims. All damaged package claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
What happens if I do not claim my order or do not respond to Top Gun Ammo’s attempts to gather necessary information?
Any order that remains unclaimed for 30 days or more—including, but not limited to, withheld identification or failure to complete age verification—will be forfeited. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
If you have special requests to hold your order, they must be approved by Top Gun Ammo staff prior to placing the order.
Are there any states you do not ship to?
We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska (unless a freight forwarder is used).
Can I return or exchange my ammunition?
No. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ammunition.
Can I add to or change my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make adjustments. *Please Note: This could delay your shipping time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes.
- Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Orders canceled after shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee plus a $25.90 per package stop fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect on the cardholder’s account. To cancel an order, please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
